Create a login for each referral source. Their display name must match the "Referral source" field on intakes exactly.
View all staff accounts. Send password resets or enable/disable access. Passwords are never visible — they are securely managed by Firebase.

New intakes are automatically assigned in round-robin order across active case managers. Deactivating someone redistributes their existing cases.
If any intakes exist without an assigned case manager, use this to assign them now.

This is the canonical list of referral sources. Active sources with "Show in menu" enabled appear in the intake form dropdown. Intake staff select from this list instead of typing freehand.
Share this privately with new staff. Change it anytime to prevent new registrations with the old code.
